Yesterday's painting was so satisfying to create and then the response it got made me want to do more horses. These two are best friends. I remember my horses standing out in the field with their long necks curled toward each other and they would bite at the other's mane. It seemed to feel really good, but who doesn't enjoy getting an itch scratched that you just can't get to?
